This overdrive will make you feel like you have full-body tribal tattoos. It's got familiar overdrive controls like TONE to shave off high frequencies, LEVEL for volume, and GAIN to control the clipping responsiveness.
A little unique to this pedal from other overdrives is that the GAIN has a wider sweep on the low range of the knob. This lets you really dial in your sweet spot no matter how hot your pickups are. Using single coils but still want more dirt? The full range of the clipping is still available toward the top range of the knob.
The level of the output signal has been boosted, so you get a little more volume than you're used to with a typical overdrive pedal (specifically, +10dB if you are a Dude like that). You can even run this pedal at 9 Vdc like normal... or a whopping 18 Vdc for more headroom!
Really want control of your overdrive's sound? You can swap the clipping diodes!
- WHOA! mode is LED clipping for a round, sweet style of grit.

WOAH! mode is asymmetrical silicon diode clipping for harder distortion and more harmonics.
(Pro tip if you forget: Use your ears. The LED clipping is louder, and the harder Si clipping is quieter.)
There's even a secret mode, but I'll let you discover that for yourself. Hint: it's LOUD.

The original that this pedal was based off of was built by Brian Klemm and passed around to his friends with rave reviews. He was having trouble finding certain parts, so just swapped them out with what he had available until the pedal sounded sweet! With special artwork provided by his homie and trombone player in Suburban Legends, this pedal will have you on high Dude Alert!
